Description:

Before you is a teenaged girl, a bare five feet tall, except on second glance, she's rather unusual. First is the green hair sticking out in all directions, with a single long braid down the back, tied up in a red ribbon. Sticking out from the hair is a pair of brown-furred cat-ears. Below the hair is a pair of wide, innocent blue eyes. Half hidden by the electric-shock hair is second (!) set of ears, human this time.

She wears a mostly blue uniform. A white men's style dress shirt with a red tie forms the lowest level of the uniform. A blue vest with triangular red buttons and a matching blue miniskirt is the next level. Covering that is a lightweight jacket, in the same blue. On the back of the jacket is a red and yellow diamond shape with 'PC' in bright green on the back. Sticking out from the miniskirt is a long brown tail, snaking around rather happily. Strapped to her narrow waist is a short scabbard containing a long dagger. Her legs are covered in black spandex tights, and comfortable blue running shoes cover her feet. Pinned to the vest is a plastic ID Card: "Natsuki Sasahara: Licensed Bounty Hunter. Police Company" with her smiling picture covering the left side.

BACKGROUND
Sometime in the future, humanity does something foolish and mankind pays for it. In the city of Shinjuku, where our focus is, humanity now co-exists (and sometimes breeds with) all kinds of creatures. This has given rise to things like catgirls, werewolves, nine tailed fox girls and pig-men bent on destroying things. Also in the mix, there are demons, angels, even minor gods. There's also quite a few regular people around as well. With the rise of these creatures over the years and the difficulties for normal people in capturing them, bounty hunters have essentially become the police, which is now a private industry. Humans are now a protected, Endangered species.
PERSONALITY
Natsuki is a slightly naive, young half-human, half-cat. She works as a bounty hunter largely because she wants to help people.

POWERS/TACTICS
Natsuki is a powerful electrokinetic. She has two hamster-like Symbiotes that boost her power—most people can only bond with one Symbiote. She summons them by calling their names 'Fuujin' and 'Raijin', nothing seems to hinder this, so it is only a special effect. This is her early in the series. While she has a very sharp Orihalcon dagger, she never uses it except as the focus to her 'Electro-Sword' attack, so it isn't purchased anywhere. It could be a 1.5d6 HKA if desired. Also Natsuki's late series ability to open time portals isn't here. It would be Extra-Dimensionla movement, naturally.
