Background/History: Jango became the Captain of the Black Cat pirates after Captain Kuro set up his own death. Three years passed and he was contacted by Kuro again. This time he wanted them to kill an entire village and force the town's leader, a young girl named Kaya to sign a will. After that he was to kill her. Things didn't work out so well. Jango meet resistance from Luffy and the rest of his crew. After a melee of combat, Jango dashed ahead of the battle to finish the job he was set forth to do. Usopp, who was hurt is a battle prior with Captain Kuro, couldn't even walk. He was forced to be mounted on Zoro's shoulder as he dashed through the forest. After Jango was able to get Kaya to sign the will, he raised his ring to kill the girl. Usopp saved the day with a Deadly Gunpowder Star between his eyes. He was presumed dead.

They were wrong, he lived on in the story to fulfill a few minor adventures in the future.

Personality/Motivation: Jango is very loyal to Captain Kuro, not out of trust and respect but more out fear. He knows Captain Kuro would have no qualm about killing him if he would fail in any important plan.

Powers/Tactics: Jango's powers come mostly from his powers to control others with his hypnosis powers. He can force people to do his bidding with the use of the ring. All he needs to do is give the commands he wants, a few waves of his rings and the words, "1-2 Jango!" Also of interest, his hypnosis powers can reach farther than the mind itself, it can also reach into the subconscious of people making them use there strength to the highest potential.

He also carries around rings which in fact are used in his hypnosis and battle. He can throw the rings with deadly accuracy. He can also use it as a close combat weapon using it a swiping motion.

Appearance: The best way to describe Jango is that he is the illegitimate child of Michael Jackson and Elton John. He has a pale white face with a turned up nose. He wears a pair of heart shaped sunglasses. Wears a pair of leather gloves and walks around moon walking. He also wears a strange long chin guard that seems to serve not purpose. He has black eyes and light brown hair. Over a white t-shirt and brown pants he wears a gold and blue trench coat with is adorned with golden rings.
