Description: Dr. Feelgood is the street name of a man whose real name is Jimmy. He also has the nicknames of "Rat-Tailed Jimmy" and "Jigsaw Jimmy." He's the leader of a gang and supplies drugs to most of Hollywood. Dr. Feelgood also has connections to the Mexican mob, who apparently set him up in the first place, and also keep the police heavily bribed, thus allowing Jimmy to run his business freely. He's successful enough to afford a customized '65 Chevy and proclaims himself to be the king of the Barrio. However, word has it that Jimmy is a two-time loser, and he may soon be taking the hit for all of his dealing and going down in a bad way.
Dr. Feelgood, from the Motley CrŸe song of the same name, is a perfect Dark Champions Contact or street-level ganger for the PCs to take down on the way to a larger target. To make him more powerful, increase the point level and number of his followers and give him some levels with handguns.
