Description: A college student studying to be a doctor, Maxwell Edison is also a sociopathic serial killer, dispatching his victims with a silver hammer he uses to deliver crushing blows to the skull. As with many serial killers/sociopaths he's fairly intelligent with an engaging personality, but he's also a cold-blooded killer, with at least three victims to his credit (a fellow student, a professor, and a judge).
Maxwell has been written up to be a fairly normal, if highly intelligent, human. He seems to be very good at stealth (often sneaking up on his victims from behind), and is rather adept at producing his hammer quickly, using it to batter the heads of his victims. His silver hammer seems to be a rather ordinary carpenter's claw hammer, albeit brightly polished.
Taken from the Beatles song Maxwell's Silver Hammer, Maxwell Edison is perfect as a minor-league Dark Champions villain. He's not much of a threat against the average Dark Champions PC (even a street-level one), although you could up his STR, DEX, and SPD to make him more dangerous if you wish. The trick with Maxwell, as with any other serial killer, is tracking him down.
