Designer's Notes: Blossom is pretty and not the brightest of people—a bad combination when it comes to avoiding being used by others. However, since meeting Dr. Drugs, her life has taken a turn for the better. He truly cares for her, and keeps her supplied with a suite of recreational chemicals that not only enhances her sense of self-worth and well-being, but have augmented her fighting skills to an unearthly degree. However, with out them, she'll soon end up a physical wreck.
Whew... Blossom is just bit of overkill, don't you think? 32 DEX? 8 SPD? 18 STR? A bit much in my opinion. A better method would be to define her enhanced characteristics as coming from direct drug ingestion . Buy the desired characteristics through a Focus (IIF pills), and with such Limitations as "No Figured Characteristics," Extra Time (Full Phase [or more] to take effect)," and some sort of "Continuing Charges" to represent the idea the drugs will wear off after a while. I'd also change her Generic Martial Arts to something like Karate or Tae Kwon Do—something that does some damage in a fight. Add in Breakfall and some other skills and you're all set.
