Designer's Notes: Brain is your not-so-typical child prodigy. He is far to smart to work well with most others, and has no use for most social mores, seeing them as mostly "nonsense." He is, however, somewhat in awe of such characters as Quicksilver (for his purity), Dark Duchess (for her vitality), Masked Avenger (for his utter defiance of those who would mock him), and so on. In addition, he is bad tempered, impulsive, and intensely curious—not the best of combinations. Needless to say, he has few friends.
Brain's biggest problem is his 40 INT. That's some crazy INT, man—not even Reed Richards has a 40 INT! (does he?) I'd drop it to something around 23-25 and give Brain the NCM Disadvantage as well. Seeing as he has nearly 40 extra points to send (more if you drop his INT), I'd pour it into his gadget pool and his TK—possibly expanding his base TK into a whole bag of tricks. Add in various Limitations like "Increased Endurance," "Extra Time," and "Concentrate" and you should be able to squeeze in a decent Multipower.
