Designer's Notes: He's "as reserved and dignified as a werewolf." He thinks F-Troop is the greatest show ever, he learned all one needs to know about superheroes from old Batman reruns, he eats pennies and pencils freely, and has an overly literal sense of humor—never, ever tell him to "Give me a break" or he just might. He's the Masked Avenger, a modern incarnation of Bacchus, and a totally devoted defender of justice and the weak, and a nemesis of the powerful.

As goofy over-the-top character designs go, Masked Avenger is right up there. His Hero ID is a garish costume with clashing colors, flashing lights, and metal ornamentation. Once he puts it on, he becomes the Masked Avenger, a transformation no less dynamic than Captain Marvel's. To continue this concept, I'd give him more STR and CON, he should be stronger and tougher than normal! I'd also increase his EGO—Masked Avenger knows he's a hero now! The Superbite has to go—it's too powerful in my opinion, even if the Masked Avenger can eat anything, he's not Matter-Eater Lad. Make it 1d6 or 1d6+1, but not 4d6—he's going to be able to bite through cars with an attack like that! I do like his linked Life Support though, that was a neat idea. I also was unsure what to do about Masked Avenger's Luck. It was listed twice, with OIHID for both powers. It might have been a typo. I also removed the OIHID Limitation from his Skills. I felt it seemed odd, and I don't like OIHID skills anyway (if you want to go that route, buy Multiform).
