Designer's Notes: Morally upright (and to some uptight), Quicksilver is your typical all-American hero type. He has strong morals, a strong sense of right and wrong, and probably wears a tie to school every day. Odds are he's a Republican as well, but of the old-school mode—the one that believes in small government and fiscal responsibility. On the other hand, he also may think that both political parties have the best interests of the people at heart at all times, as opposed to simply being machines to ensure reelection for themselves. Then again, he's simply naive, not stupid.
Quicksilver has a lot of potential. He's your basic superspeedster, who uses a code phrase to trigger his superhuman powers (and to turn them off later). Characteristics wise, he's fine, although I am annoyed to see his normal DEX is only 10, even though his other stats have been boosted. He does, however, need a higher CON, and can pay for some by selling back some of that 80 END. Powers wise, I'd give him more Leaping and reduce the Armor on his costume—18 rPD is a bit much! As a side note, this Armor was bought as both OIF and OIHID. I removed the latter, as the transformation is all mental, and he will have the suit regardless of if he says his activation phrase or not. Also, the artwork gives him a football helmet of sorts, which could allow for extra DEF to the head, as well as Hearing and Sight Group Flash Defense. Skill-wise give him Breakfall (it makes sense), and possibly +2 DCV, Requires A Skill Roll (Acrobatics).
