Background/History: Joseef Seppanen become a superhuman in the winter of 1939, while fighting invading Russian forces in the mountains of Finland. He was quick to use his unique talents to great effect, killing large numbers of soldiers, even after the truce of March 1940. Eventually, his exploits drew the attention of Stalin, who declared Viljo was to be eliminated, regardless of the cost. Lured into a Soviet stockade near his hometown of Idel, Viljo was killed by a massive artillery barrage.
Personality/Motivation: Although originally a quiet man, content to raise reindeer and remain away from the outside world, Viljo became an almost savage fighter after the Soviet invasion. desiring nothing less than the removal of all Soviet forces from his native land, Viljo continued to fight even after the cease-fire of 1940.
Powers/Tactics: Able to ignore the worst of the cold, Viljo remained in the mountains of Idel, armed only with a knife, killing Soviet soldiers by the platoon. He was able to go about naked in temperatures of -60 degrees, could vanish into snowdrifts in an eye blink, dodge bullets, and track animals (and people) with the skill of a hungry wolf.
Appearance: Viljo stands 6'2" and weighs 189 pounds. The only known photograph of Viljo shows a tall, scarecrow-thin man, standing naked in the snow, armed with a huge knife.
Designer's Notes: Viljo is one of the Talents from the W.W.II RPG Godlike. His stats and powers were adapted from his character sheet and reflect the idea that in Godlike one is a very normal human physically with some very unnormal super powers. As you have 35 more points to play with in order to make Viljo a standard 350-point superhero, you might want to give him some sort of Tunneling power (so he can vanish into snow), as well as pump up his CON and SPD.
