Designer's Notes:

1) White Rose paid 14 points for her additional 14 points of END. This was corrected to 7 points.

2) Rebuilt White Rose's Multipower. The original Multipower had a 75-point reserve, which is impossible, as Slot one costs 100 Active Points (and has done so since 3rd Edition I think). The original Multipower had the Limitation of "Only While Shrunk." I'm not sure if "Only While Shrunk" meant the power only works if she used her maximum amount of Shrinking, in which case the Limitation's value is too low, or if it was Linked to her Shrinking. After a bit of thought, I decided to change "Only While Shrunk" to "Linked." Linked gives us an understandable value for the Limitation, and since the Multipower is more expensive than her Shrinking, the Limitation value stays the same.

3) White Rose paid 3 points (each) to have her Agility Skills on a 17-. I corrected this to 9 points per Agility Skill.

4) Fixed the point values for all Disadvantages. The errata tells us that White Rose has cut her hair since her first appearance (hence the short hair in the illustration), but the character still wears a wig. I honestly have no idea what MIA is, although I suspect MI6 is the proper listing (and it looks like it was confused with the CIA listing). Her Reputation looks like it should be a Perk. In addition, no explanation or reason is given for her Vulnerability.

5) The original version of White Rose cost 339 points. She now costs 416, a 77-point increase. Rebuilding her Multipower as well as paying 6 extra points for 4 Agility Skills helps explain the jump in cost (she gains 41 points from the Mulitpower and 24 points from the Skills)

6) Assessment: If everything you do is 0 END, why waste 7 points on extra END? Anyway... White Rose's origin is fairly generic (young girl forced to take part in evil [Commie/Nazi/CIA/fill-in-the-blank] experiments, gains super powers, becomes the pawn of her creators), while the origin of her name and the like seems more than a bit contrived. Her personality is one-dimensional (the US is evil, blah, blah, blah), and considering the modern day political scene, tiresome. Oh, and as Alex Fauth said, her quote is just too cheesy for words.

In rewriting the character I'd probably look at Shrinker in Conquers, Killers, and Crooks, and see if there is anything I can adapt from there. I'd also try to tie her Vulnerability to her origin more, since she was subjected to chemicals and radiation in an effort to awaken her latent super powers.
