Sniper wandered into the SoCal City States on day, dusty, dirty, and dry. She quickly gained a reputation as a woman not to be trifled with, seeing a she was an expert shot both with her pistol and the laser long rifle she had slung over her shoulder. While her... unique mode of dress and eccentric habits made most believe she wasn't quite right in the head, that didn't stop the locals from appointing her town troubleshooter. It gave Sniper something to do and kept her bus—much to the town's relief.
