CHILLER and FROST

Chiller is considered a bit of a joke by many novice superheroes. The assumption that he simply a low-rent criminal with delusions of grandeur is often quickly rectified by a blast or two from his freeze gun. While he doesn't go in for an elaborate of fancy costume, that doesn't stop him from being far more effective than he looks in a fight. His side-kick/follower, Frost, is almost as dangerous, and is more than capable with his combat hockey stick. Together, the two have managed to wreck havoc in various locations in the Pacific Northwest.
