Background/History:
Miko's background is shrouded in mystery and speculation. Orphaned at birth, Miko was brought up in a foster home. There are certain hints and clues concerning Miko's powers and abilities, that point towards a relationship between her and the Esper Weapon origin of Yuki Saiko. So far, Rally Cheyenne has kept quiet on the subject.

Personality/Motivation:
Miko's tiny size can be a problem, considering most things in the world are designed for people at least a foot taller than she is. Miko has her own spinner, with it's seat modified just for her, her office desk has received the same treatment. Naturally, Miko is a little sensitive to comments concerning her height.

Miko is honest and truthful in her dealings with people, and will not intentionally lie or deceive any one. Her psychokinetic abilities have given her a false sense of security regarding her personal safety in combat, and she occasional will take undo risks.

As a member of the AMP stationed in Los Angeles, Miko considers herself to be a sort of 'ambassador' and does her best to live up to what is expected of her as a AMP officer and Japanese citizen.

Powers/Tactics: Miko's primary powers center around her psychokinetic abilities, as well as certain low-level esper powers that allow her limited glimpses of the future. Primary among these powers is Miko's telekinesis, which allows her to mentally lift over a ton, fly, and helps explain her unusual physical strength, considering her size. Her esper powers give Miko occasion quick flashes of dangerous situations, as well as allowing her to actually view future events.

Miko carries the standard gear of an AMP officer, and has had extensive training in karate. Her small size and youthful appearance cause many opponents to serious underestimate her abilities, an occurrence that suits Miko just fine.

Appearance: Although she is 30 years old, Miko is tiny, standing 4'3" and weighing a little less that 70 lbs. She has a slight build, and a very 'cute', almost child-like appearance. Miko's eyes are brown, and her black hair is worn shoulder length. She wears a standard AMP uniform, scaled to her height. Of duty, Miko will dress in either casual Western clothing or if formal dress is required, in a traditional kimono.
