Floorplan for the Tokyo Office - This floor plan is loosely based off of visual information provided in the later issues of the manga. The main office and desks are accurate, the rest of it is pure fiction.
Floorplan for the LA Office - 1st Floor - The LA office is part of the main LA police department. I imagined the building to be a tall tower, much like the AD Police building in Bubblegum Crisis, with a 'Y' shaped center 'spine'. The AMP office in LA occupies the top two floors of one of the spines. For security reasons it is sealed off of the rest of the building, except for the elevator and the landing pad.

Floorplan for the Tokyo Office as seen in the Silent Möbius RPG - These two floorplans are taken from the Silent Möbius RPG, published in Japan. At best guess, they show the AMP offices as of Sides 1 and 2.
