Background/History: Billy Jo grew up in southern Georgia. He dropped out of school in the 10th grade, but got his GED when he was 25. He was a rebellious teen ager and has a criminal record for disorderly conduct, assault, and a DUI. He has mellowed out as he has gotten older, but his past deeds have limited his employment opportunities. He has worked just about every type of construction job there is from hanging steel in skyscrapers, to building houses and porches. Despite the fact that he is a skilled carpenter and construction worker, he rarely holds down a job for long. He either does something stupid or gets in a fight with someone on the job.
Personality/Motivation: Billy Jo is basically a good guy, but has a serious lack of common sense. He likes to let loose and have a good time and doesn't consider the results of his actions. This frequently lands him in trouble or the emergency room. In addition to getting into fights, he also performs such acts as jumping cars with his motorcycle and breaking two by fours in half with his head. He is not deterred by the fact that these types of acts require both training and safety equipment. Billy Jo is a bit of a sexist. While he's polite (sort of) to women, he believes they are the weaker sex and he needs to stand up for them and protect them. While this may seem chivalrous at first it wears thin after a while. Note that he doesn't think they aren't smarter since just about every woman he knows is smarter than he is.

Powers/Tactics: Billy Jo doesn't back down from anyone. This frequently lands him in fights and he's developed some skill at it. If a woman is threatened he will jump to their defense even in situations where he shouldn't be involved. He isn't afraid of anything and will recklessly charge into dangerous situations.
Appearance: Billy Jo is 6' 2" and buff. He has a very physical jobs and likes to exercise at the gym lifting weights and doing kickboxing. He is ruggedly handsome, not a pretty boy.
