Designer's Notes:
1) I edited all of Marauder's Characteristics. She paid too little for her CON, PD, and ED due to (it seems) the designer using OIF instead of OIHID in addition to No Figured Characteristics.
2) Removed the 3 Charges from Marauder's Damage Reduction, as it seemed illogical and unworkable.
3) Technically, her KS: Portugal probably should be an AK.
4) Set the second Favor as costing 0 points, as Marauder has "Well Connected".
5) I edited her Hunteds. As the price of all her Hunteds exceeds 50 points, the Hunted by UNTIL was cut back to 15 from 25.
6) Based on her origin and Characteristics, I'd argue for Marauder taking the Normal Characteristic Maxima Disadvantage (although neither Ankloysaur, Armadillo, Defender, nor Devastator have it.)
7) The original version of Marauder cost 352 points. She now costs 354, a 2-point increase. I'm not sure where all the changes are, as the original paid only 116 points for her Characteristics (she's now paying 133). On the other hand, she originally paid 79 points for her Blaster Cannon, and is now paying only 50 points for the attack.
8) Assessment: Marauder's Characteristics strike me as illogical. Mostly it's her DEX, which is not boosted by the suit. Although not a requirement of any suit of powered armor, it's almost a given, both in comics and in Champions. Considering Marauder's mission, which is to "take down hard targets" you'd expect a little reflex boost.
Marauder's Combat Skill Levels are fairly inefficiently bought, although there is no real way to buy them for less and still get the same bonuses. However, a level or two with "All Combat" and then one with "Hand-to-Hand" would really make her far more effective fighter.
As with Nether and Godfather, Marauder has a Public ID and a passport, yet is hunted by UNTIL and Interpol. One or the other has to go. The text says she uses assumed names, which makes me think she should have the Deep Cover Perk. Either that, or Disguise and Forgery.
For the record, I once ran an arena combat in which all of the members of European Enemies slugged it out until the last man was standing. Marauder's Blaster Cannon, with -1 DC per 4", covered most of the map and inflicted some serious injuries on just about everyone—including her own side!
