PAPILLION LEPIDOT

This utterly bizarre individual was a major mob threat back in the 1930s. It's unknown where Papillion came from, although the current (i.e. 21st Century) theory is that he was from another dimension. Papillion stood around 7' in height, with a thin build, wings, and a well-tailed pin-striped suit. As shown, he used two Thompson submachineguns at the same time, and was quite capable of filling an hallway with an impenetrable hair of lead.
