Designer's Notes: The Chang Sings are a "fighting tong" operating in an around Chinatown. When dressed for tong ceremonies, a Chang Sing wears black trousers and jacket with a bright yellow turban or head band. In general, the Chang Sings are skilled martial artists, and are trained in a wide number of traditional Chinese weapons as well as modern firearms. They are the sworn enemies of the Wing Kong.
