Designer's Notes: The Wing Kong are Lo Pan's troops. They are a "fighting tong," ruthless, brutal, violent, and engaged in a wide variety of illicit activities. The Wing Cong also control at least on street gang in Chinatown, known as the "Lords of Death". Wing Cong members are trained in kung fu (although they don't look to be as skilled as the Chang Sings) and are usually heavily armed with an assortment of traditional and modern weapons. The Wing Cong dress in black trousers and jackets with red turbans or headbands.
