Background/Personality: The Geico gecko’s story proves that a wrong number can change a life. As the Geico insurance company grew, the gecko began to get a lot of wrong numbers intended for the insurance giant. When the swivel-eyed lizard went to Geico headquarters to try to straighten out the mix-up, the management there realized that they had their star.
Gecko has indeed teamed up with the business enterprise, and has enjoyed a level of wealth and fame undreamed of in his prior simple life in nature. He now splits his time between filming television commercials and spreading the word about how Geico insurance can save its customers money on premiums.
Quote: “Pardon me, did you know that Geico settles many accident claims within 48 hours?”
Tactics/Powers: Gecko is a tiny green lizard that happens to represent one of the world’s largest insurance companies. He can use this financial clout to save people money, giving them a little more pocket wealth, and the grateful customer usually becomes protective of the little mascot.
Roleplaying Notes: Owen Wilson meets Chris Rock.
