Background/Personality: Mohammed Alkazar Ishmael ibn Clean (Mr. Clean, to you and me) is a genie with a neat streak. Instead of using his awesome cosmic power to learn to grant wishes, the only job he could get was to clean up Genie City. But he is the best janitor that Genie City ever had!

Mr. Clean has focused his magical energies on perfecting the monumental tasks of sanitizing household surfaces and destroying bacteria that cause germs. And, he has a pine-fresh scent.

Quote: “This place is a pigsty! How can you live like this? Am I the only one that sees that it’s time for the garbage to go out?”

Tactics/Powers: Mr. Clean can instantaneously clean a 50-foot radius area of floor. The floor becomes so clean, and so well polished that it becomes slippery to walk on. Any character attempting to walk or run across the floor loses 3” from his Running total, 3 from his DCV, and 3 from DEX Rolls and Agility Skill Rolls. In addition, any character moving in or through the area must succeed at a DEX or Breakfall Roll (at a -3), or else fall down.

The clean effect wears off as people walk across it, scuff it up, spill juices on it, etc. After 1 Turn, the penalties drop to -2; after 1 Minute, to -1, and after 5 Minutes, it wears off completely.

Besides his cleaning powers, Mr. Clean can fly, and turn his lower half into a whirlwind, making himself more difficult to hit.
